How to make a reflector

This article has been incredibly useful in terms of finding an alternate way instead of buying reflectors the greatest thing about this article is that it has inspired me to make my own larger reflectors then the one I had previously bought. To do this I have acquired three large MDF boards and some rescue blankets which is very reflective and from the early tests I have done create an interesting look alternative to the look of a traditional reflector. The reflectors I have made create an interesting speckled effect which I think could be very interesting for video and definitely for some portraiture work for photography. Hopefully with some testing in the studio this when it is finished will prove useful in terms of giving me a greater idea how if any these reflectors can be used in the piece and if not for this piece than for my silent movie piece which I think they will work terrifically with creating a speckled look on the lead actress may be very interesting.
